Whitewater Rafting

Nantahala River – Perfect for beginners and families, this Class II-III whitewater trip provides a fun and scenic ride through the Nantahala Gorge.  We offer guided and self guided tours, or try out an inflatable kayak!

Ocoee River – Take on Class III-IV rapids on one of the Southeast’s most famous whitewater rivers. Ideal for those looking for a more challenging action packed adventure. Options for full day or half day adventure, or combine an half day Ocoee withh a trip down the Cheoah!

What to Know Before You Go

Age Requirements:

• Nantahala River Rafting: Minimum age: 7 years old or at least 60 lbs.
• Ocoee River Rafting: Minimum age: 12 years old.
• Cheoah River Rafting: For experienced adventurers only; call for age requirements.

What to Bring:

• Water-friendly clothing and footwear (no flip-flops).
• Sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap, and a change of clothes.
