Rafting and Kayaking:

Just under an hour from downtown, the Ocoee River delivers non-stop action with Class III–IV whitewater and Olympic-caliber rapids. It’s one of the most popular whitewater runs in the Southeast—and for good reason.

Hiking and Caving:

Chattanooga’s trails tell stories—of battles, bluffs, and underground beauty. Hike to Point Park on Lookout Mountain for Civil War history and sweeping views, or explore the legendary battlegrounds at Chickamauga Battlefield. Don’t miss Ruby Falls, a stunning underground waterfall tucked inside Lookout Mountain with ties to 1920s-era exploration and cave history.
