Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advertising and listing fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Users may submit reviews, ratings, photos, videos, comments, and other content.
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
The content is accurate and truthful.
You have the legal right to submit the content.
The content does not violate any law or third-party right.
You retain ownership of your content but grant Xtreme Bookings a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and promote the content in connection with the Platform and related marketing efforts.

If liability is imposed despite these limitations, Xtreme Bookings’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Xtreme Bookings by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Xtreme Bookings LLC and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the Platform
Your participation in activities
Your submitted content
Your interactions with providers
Your violation of these Terms
Xtreme Bookings shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, labor disputes, internet outages, equipment failures, or other force majeure events.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Colorado.
