Providers are solely responsible for:

• hiring staff
• safety standards and procedures
• insurance coverage

Final decisions regarding participation, provider selection, and safety considerations remain solely the responsibility of the User.
In limited circumstances, Xtreme Bookings may directly provide low-risk outdoor experiences, such as guided hiking or nature walks.
Participation in such activities may require signing an additional Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver.
Participants acknowledge that outdoor recreation involves inherent risks including:
• uneven terrain
• environmental hazards
• weather exposure
• wildlife encounters
• slips, trips, or falls
Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
Some features may require account registration.
Users agree to:
• provide accurate information
• maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• accept responsibility for all activity under their account
Xtreme Bookings reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These listings represent marketing services only.
Xtreme Bookings does not guarantee bookings, revenue, or business results.
Listing fees are generally non-refundable except in cases of billing error.
Users agree not to:
• use the Platform for illegal activities
• impersonate individuals or companies
• submit false or misleading information
• upload malicious software
• attempt unauthorized access to systems
• scrape or collect data without permission
We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access for violations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xtreme Bookings LLC shall not be liable for any:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Xtreme Bookings within the previous 12 months.

Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Colorado.
Xtreme Bookings may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
