Contest Period:Â The Xtreme Bookings Guide Photo Review Contest begins upon publication of the official contest announcement on June 15, 2026, and ends on August 10, 2026, at 8:00 PM Mountain Time.
Eligibility:Â Open to outdoor adventure guides and instructors age 18 or older, who enter using the official contest form on Xtreme Bookings. Guides may start earning reviews after confirmation from our team.
Qualifying Reviews:Â To count toward the contest total, a review must:
Be posted between June 11, 2026, and August 10, 2026, at 8:00 PM Mountain Time.
Be from a real customer who participated in a guided experience with the guide during or prior to the contest period.
Clearly include the guide’s name in the review text.
Include at least one customer photo, whether taken with a cellphone or professional camera.
Be publicly visible and reasonably verifiable by Xtreme Bookings.
Reviews may come from customers of any outfitter, adventure company, or outdoor recreation business the guide has worked for, provided the review specifically identifies the guide.
Reviews That Will Not Count:
Fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews.
Duplicate reviews.
Reviews from individuals who did not participate in the guided experience.
Reviews that cannot be reasonably verified.
Reviews that do not include both the guide’s name and a customer photo.
Winner Selection:Â The guide with the highest number of qualifying reviews during the contest period will be declared the winner.
In the event of a tie, each tied guide will select one customer-submitted photo from their qualifying reviews. Xtreme Bookings will conduct a public social media voting contest featuring the selected photos. The photo receiving the most votes at the conclusion of the voting period will determine the winner. Xtreme Bookings reserves the right to remove fraudulent, automated, purchased, or otherwise suspicious votes from the final tally.
Prize:Â The winning guide will receive a $1,000 Visa gift card.
Verification:Â Xtreme Bookings reserves the right to verify reviews, participant eligibility, and contest submissions. Any participant found violating these rules may be disqualified.
Publicity:Â By participating, entrants grant Xtreme Bookings permission to use their name, submitted reviews, customer photos, and related content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the contest.
Contest Administration:Â Xtreme Bookings reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if necessary to protect the fairness and integrity of the competition.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules.
Who can participate?
Any outdoor adventure guide or instructor age 18 or older may participate.
How do I enter?
You must fill out the official entry form and wait for confirmation from our team. Once you recive confirmation of your entry, you can start earning reviews.
What counts as a qualifying review?
A qualifying review must:
Be submitted between June 15, 2026, and August 10, 2026, at 8:00 PM Mountain Time.
Be written by a real customer who participated in a guided experience.
Clearly include the guide’s name.
Include at least one customer photo.
Be publicly visible and reasonably verifiable by Xtreme Bookings.
Do reviews from previous trips count?
Yes. The trip may have occurred before the contest period, as long as the review is submitted during the contest period and meets all contest requirements.
Is the contest free to enter?
Yes, 100% free to enter.
What if my review doesn’t appear right away?
Your review goes through an approval process, but it never takes longer than 24 hours.
Can I ask friends or family to leave reviews?
Only if they have actually participated in a guided experience with you. Fake or misleading reviews will be disqualified.
How will I know if I win?
We’ll notify the winner by text and email and announce it on socials, on the website and on our newsletter the day after the contest ends.
What if a customer forgets to include my name?
Unfortunately, the review will not qualify. Customers should clearly mention your name in the review.
How can I track my progress?
Guides may monitor their reviews on Xtreme Bookings throughout the contest. Xtreme Bookings may also provide occasional leaderboard updates.
How will reviews be verified?
Xtreme Bookings may review customer information, trip details, photos, and other available information to verify that reviews are legitimate.
What is the prize?
The winning guide will receive a $1,000 Visa Gift Card.
What happens if there is a tie?
If two or more guides are tied at the end of the contest, each tied guide will select one customer-submitted photo from their qualifying reviews. Xtreme Bookings will conduct a public social media vote to determine the winner.
When will the winner be announced?
The winner will be announced after review verification is completed, typically within one day of the contest ending.
Can Xtreme Bookings use my reviews and photos?
Yes. By participating, guides grant Xtreme Bookings permission to use submitted reviews, photos, names, and related content for promotional purposes related to the contest.
