OARS on the Rogue is a great family trip. The Rogue river is pretty chill for beginners but also offers the best wildlife, side hikes and nature. You are almost guaranteed to see a bear on your trip (from a safe distance!)
This is an ideal family trip and all logstics, meals & river running are done expertly.
I recommend the Rogue river to both beginners and experienced boaters alike. You also have the opportunity to use Inflatable Kayaks on the easier sections of river with professional guidance from the guides.
