Rest & Play Retreat: FAQ

About the Retreat

What is the Rest & Play Retreat?

A three-day, all-inclusive mountain retreat in Victor, Colorado (October 23–25, 2026) for ambitious people who believe that play is productive, rest is powerful, and joy belongs in everyday life. The weekend blends guided outdoor adventure, restorative wellness practices, chef-prepared meals, and meaningful connection, all set among the aspens at 9,700 feet.

Who is this retreat for?
Everyone. Whether you’re traveling solo, with a friend, as a couple, or with a group, you’ll feel welcome here. Guests must be 25 years or older.

Who are the hosts?

Three founders, each bringing a distinct lens to the weekend:
• Beth Orehosky — Adventure Guide and Founder of Xtreme Bookings. A former professional river guide, Beth leads the sunrise hikes, high ropes course, and mountain biking experiences.
• Rebecca Hawkins — Founder of Regenerative Workplaces. Rebecca blends 30 years of business leadership with trauma-informed yoga (CYT-500), Gallup Strengths coaching, and a master’s in organizational leadership. She leads the restorative practices, guided meditations, and workshops on carrying the weekend home.
• Lisa Galterio — Founder of Terranetic Massage and Wellness. Lisa combines adventure education, restorative wellness, and nature-based experience to help people reconnect with themselves. She leads the morning wellness workshops, forest bathing meditation, massage, and one-on-one coaching.

Do I have to choose between Adventure or Restore for the whole weekend?
No. You’ll select activities throughout the weekend, and you can mix and match Adventure and Restore experiences as you go. If you miss something on Saturday, options return on Sunday, giving you flexibility to create the weekend that’s right for you.

Do I need to be athletic or experienced to participate?
There are no fitness requirements. Every session offers a choice between more adventurous activities and more restorative experiences, so you can participate at your own comfort level. If you have mobility concerns, the Restore options are a wonderful fit, and the Adventure options remain open to you as well.

• Comfortable clothes for yoga and movement
