You’re good at taking care of everyone else.
When was the last time you took care of yourself?
A three-day mountain retreat to help ambitious people reconnect with themselves, rediscover joy, and build a healthier way to live.
You’ve built a successful career. You’re responsible. People depend on you.
But somewhere along the way, life became something you manage instead of something you truly enjoy.
The Rest & Play Retreat is for people who are ready to slow down, reconnect, and reset before burnout makes the decision for them.
When you join us, you’re investing in more than your own well-being.
A portion of every retreat ticket supports Rocky Mountain Ascent, a Colorado nonprofit that provides life-changing outdoor experiences for youth, families, and young adults facing adversity.
Through equitable, nature-based experiences, Rocky Mountain Ascent helps participants build resilience, restore confidence, and discover the healing power of the outdoors.
Together, we’re creating space for restoration, not only for ourselves, but for others who deserve the same opportunity.

Founder of Terranetic Massage and Wellness, Lisa combines her background in adventure education, restorative wellness, emotional resilience, and nature-based experiences to help people reconnect with themselves. Her workshops blend science, hands-on experiences, and practical skills that help participants feel calmer, stronger, and more alive long after the retreat ends.
Founder of Xtreme Bookings and former professional river guide, Beth brings years of experience creating unforgettable outdoor experiences and helping people reconnect with adventure, nature, and one another.
Founder of Regenerative Workplaces, in times of rapid change and uncertainty, Rebecca believes a leader’s superpower isn’t pushing harder – it’s slowing down, breathing, and stepping into alignment. Before starting her own coaching/consulting practice, Rebecca worked for 30 years in operational, strategic and leadership roles in start-ups, mid-sized, and Fortune 100 companies. She combines that experience with a trauma-informed yoga certification (CYT-500), Gallup Strengths Coach certification, and a master’s in organizational leadership, blending business acumen with mindfulness and human behavior science to heal individual and systemic burnout.
